• Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for defective, damaged, or wrongly supplied fabrics within 7 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, cut fabrics, and custom orders are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will inspect the item and, if approved, offer a refund or a replacement.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and approved.
